HB 1030 - Oppose

House Bill 1030 by Rep. Karen St. Germain seeks to exempt ANY publicly employed or fire department associated EMTs high certification standards and disciplinary actions of the LA EMS Certification Commission.  

House Bill 1030 is scheduled for final passage in the House on Wednesday, April 29th.  Please contact the House members in OPPOSITION.
