If you have been a PAC contributor since 2007, a username has already been created for you.  Please contact Sabrina Pitcher at PMAA.  Please note that your initial password is pmaa.  We encourage you to change your password once you login for security purposes.

If you have been a PAC contributor prior to 2007, please follow these instructions: 
   1. Your username is lastnamefirstname (For example, your name is John Smith. Your user name is smithjohn).
   2. If you are a Jr, Sr, I, II or III, please include these letters or initial at the end of your user name with 
       no spaces or period.     
   3. Your initial password is pmaa.  We encourage you to change your password once you login for security
       purposes.
